RMACT is the only fertility practice in Connecticut with an in-house comprehensive fertility wellness care team called IFW (Integrated Fertility and Wellness program). At RMACT, we have found that patients who are able to quiet the chaos that infertility can cause in their lives have a better experience and better success rates. We help support our patients’ emotional, mental and physical well-being while undergoing infertility treatment through our unique offerings of integrated services. Here at RMACT, we continue to ensure that our patients get the most individualized health care possible with specialized, dedicated teams that offer programs for patients with specific needs and requirements. Our teams include; GayParentstoBe, SingleMomstoBe, adolescent PCOS program and fertiFamilia (Spanish speaking patients). Each one of these programs have RMACT team members that work diligently to meet your needs and to provide appropriate, professional and compassionate family building health care.
RMACT is the only fertility practice with an in-house polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) team in Fairfield County. Your PCOS care includes a nutritionist who works only with fertility patients, a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, a nurse and a licensed fertility counselor (LCSW). All members of RMACT’s PCOS team have an extensive background with PCOS patients, ranging from adolescents to women trying to conceive.
We are also the only Connecticut practice with a fertility team dedicated to Hispanic patients. Our fertiFamilia Program is led by our Spanish-speaking Reproductive Endocrinologist and is comprised of team members from every department at RMACT included a nurse, patient navigators, receptionist, medical assistant, a financial advisor, and laboratory technicians. Our Third Party Program team members include Dr. Mark Leondires (board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Medical Director of RMACT), Third Party Patient Navigators, Financial Representative, Nurses, Physicians’ Assistant, and more. This finely honed team within RMACT works tirelessly to provide compassionate and thorough care for our Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender patients.
