Making changes, even just a few small adjustments, 90 days before conception can have a positive impact on your health and the health of your baby. Improving your overall health can improve your fertility and chances of having a healthy baby. The checklist below can serve as a guide.
Limit alcohol, quit smoking, limit exposure to environmental risks, be physically active with low-impact activities and consider your BMI (while everyone is different and there is no set "ideal weight" for conception, being underweight, BMI < 19, or overweight, BMI >30, can throw off hormones which impact menstrual periods and ovulation), get the flu vaccine
