Another Path to Parenthood – Egg & Sperm Donor Group

Join an upcoming support group to explore the emotional aspects of egg and sperm donation. On January 28th, we have a very special support group that is meeting in Danbury, led by one of RMACT’s gifted fertility counselors, Melissa Kelleher, LCSW.

This group is dedicated to men and women who are considering or have decided on using donor sperm or donor eggs. We know that these are not decisions that are made lightly or easily. Melissa will be there to help answer questions, ease transitions and offer support. Learn MoreFertility Events at RMACT

Join Us For Fertile Yoga

As part of RMACT’s Integrated Fertility and Wellness Program, we offer ongoing Fertile Yoga classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays at our fertility treatment centers in Trumbull and Norwalk respectively and at YogaSpace in Bethel, CT on Friday evenings. Spouses, partners, friends and family members are welcome to attend. Fertile Yoga classes are free and open to the public.

The ancient discipline of yoga is an excellent way to reduce the stress and muscle tension that fertility patients often feel. Fertile Yoga also helps to improve flexibility, encourage relaxation, improve the clarity of your thinking and your overall feelings of well-being. Because patients who practice yoga regularly feel less stressed and calmer, they are often able to communicate more clearly with their doctors, make more satisfying decisions, and sustain treatment with a more positive perspective.

RMACT also offers PreNatal Yoga in Trumbull and Norwalk for $10.

Couples Night In | Infertility Support Group

For February, RMACT is offering something different to coincide with the month of love and Valentine’s Day. We are opening up our usual Ladies Night In groups in Trumbull and Danbury to partners & spouses. Bring the person who supports you and is in it with you through the fertility treatment process. Just to spice things up a bit, for February, we will also be adding some games and prizes. Reminder, you are not alone. And this is your opportunity to share this special evening with your special someone.

Multiple Dates:

Tuesday, February 2nd at 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at the Danbury office, located at 10 Newtown Road, Suite 1A

Wednesday, February 10th at 6:45 PM - 8:00 PM at the Trumbull office, located at 115 Technology Drive, Suite C200

Please RSVP to Carrie at cvansteen@rmact.com

This event is free of charge and dinner will be provided.
