Introducing RMA of Connecticut's back-to-school series just for college-aged women, helping them manage their PCOS with a proactive approach to wellness. The series includes live streams, videos, and events, covering topics like nutrition, exercise, stress-management, and even sleep. Our goal is to support these women with useful advice so that they can focus on learning and growing in college... instead of their PCOS symptoms.

Top Form @ The Dorm is hosted by a series of RMA of CT experts, including Dr. Ilana Ressler, Reproductive Endocrinologist and Jill Hickey, Nutritionist and will feature Social Media Influencer and PCOS Advocate, Jessica Ash (@jessicaashwellness).

Our in-house social worker offers real ways to cope with guilt and how we can move forward in a healthy supportive way.
