Join an upcoming support group to explore the emotional aspects of egg and sperm donation.

Sperm or Egg Donation Recipients Support Group
All of us hope that becoming pregnant is going to be simple. None of us want to hear the news that getting pregnant won’t be easy, even after we have taken the steps to come to a fertility practice. Hoping for a quick or quicker fix is a natural response and finding out that it won’t be can be really challenging. It’s not always easy to let go of long held dreams and hopes for how having a child will come about. Most of us do not think it will be this complicated. And we are here to help with some of the complicated questions that arise. Read what Melissa has to say below:
“You may have just received news from your doctor that your best chances of starting a family are to use an egg donor or a sperm donor. How do you come to terms with this information and whether or not it is right for you?
Or you may have already made the decision to use a donor and have questions about how to choose the “perfect” egg donor or a sperm donor.”
Questions for Using a Sperm or Egg Donor
Melissa goes on to discuss how these decisions may lead to even more questions, like:
- How do I talk to family and friends about my choice?
- How do I tell my child/when is the right time?
Wherever you are on your family building journey, if donor egg or donor sperm is a possibility, please join Melissa to hear more about these choices. Let us know you're coming!
