CT Fertility Events Reminder
There are two CT fertility events that we're offering at RMACT and both are free of charge and open to the public. Read below for details and please pass along the information to those who may be interested. We look forward to sharing these workshops. Please RSVP as indicated below!
Spring into Fertile Meal Planning Workshop
Practical, Simple & Stress free . . .
Learn meal planning tips to:
- Boost ovulation and sperm quality
- Lower your risk for diabetes in pregnancy
- Learn Fertility Diet tips to optimize fertility
Practical and simple ways to shop for fertility foods and plan meals:
- Menu planning--based on sound science
- Learn what you can eat, rather than what to avoid
- Learn how to make guilt free mindful changes
When: Sat. March 22 at 2:00 pm or Sat. April 26 at 2:00 pm

Single Women Pursuing Parenthood - Discussion Group
I hope to see you on March 24th to help you and the other members of this group explore the realities of becoming a single mom.
Details and RSVP information:
When: Monday, March 24th, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Where: RMA of CT at 10 Glover Avenue, Norwalk, CT
This is a chance to meet other women to talk about the decisions, anxieties, excitement and opportunities that you will face along the way to becoming a mother. Possible topics may include:
• Choosing a sperm donor
• Talking to friends, family, and co-workers
• Creating a strong support system
• What do I tell my child?
This group is free of charge and open to the public. It will be facilitated by Lisa Tuttle, PhD, clinical psychologist. If you have any questions, please call Lisa at (203) 852-9099.

About Lisa Rosenthal
Lisa has over thirty years of experience in the fertility field. After her personal infertility journey, she felt dissatisfied with the lack of comprehensive services available to support her. She was determined to help others undergoing fertility treatment. Lisa has been with RMACT for eleven years and serves as Patient Advocate and the Strategic Content Lead.
Lisa is the teacher and founder of Fertile Yoga, a program designed to support men and women on their quest for their families through gentle movement and meditation.
Lisa’s true passion is supporting patients getting into treatment, being able to stay in treatment and staying whole and complete throughout the process. Lisa is also a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, which is helpful in her work with fertility patients.
Her experience also includes working with RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and The American Fertility Association (now Path2Parenthood), where she was Educational Coordinator, Conference Director and Assistant Executive Director.
