Affording Fertility Treatment

Financing infertility treatments can be financially challenging, especially since most assisted reproductive technologies (ART) are not covered by medical insurance. Knowing the costs before you begin your path to fertility makes good financial sense.

At Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut, we’re committed to providing the highest quality care at an affordable price and to making your infertility financing as simple as possible.  Consequently, we offer a variety of services and resources to help you achieve your goal of building your family.  They include:

Infertility Insurance Coverage, Plans, and Tips

The first step for patients is understanding the specific details of your insurance plan to determine your level of coverage and your out-of-pocket expenses for infertility treatment.

Fertility Treatment Financing Options – During your initial visit, your Insurance and Billing Advocate will provide individualized counseling if you need financial assistance and details about our infertility financing program that offers convenient, low-interest payment plans.

IVF Cost and IUI Cost Options – If you do not have insurance coverage for infertility treatments, we offer access to two important service and payment options for IVF and IUI treatments so you can receive high-quality care at affordable prices.

In addition, we have other options to help you manage the costs of fertility treatment. The Fertility Consultation and the Fertility Work-up Opportunity Plan. These plans were designed for patients who do not have coverage for their initial consultation or diagnostic cycle.

Also, in an effort to better serve our patients, we have developed two more Opportunity Plans: The Surrogacy Opportunity Plan and The Donor Opportunity Plan. These opportunities are design to assist patients in financial need that are pursuing third party reproduction options.
