Fertility Acupuncture
Acupuncture is used to treat a variety of ailments and conditions, including infertility, by addressing the underlying problems that are causing them. By targeting acupuncture points for fertility and approaching infertility from an integrated perspective, acupuncture can enhance and support a treatment program.
Acupuncture and Fertility Success
Numerous studies support the efficacy of fertility acupuncture, including one in which RMACT participated. The study was published recently in the journal Fertility and Sterility. The article reported that a group of women undergoing IVF who received acupuncture both before and after embryo transfer had a higher pregnancy success rate (42.5%) than a control group that did not receive treatment (26.3%).

Laser Acupuncture Fertility Treatments
Laser acupuncture combines the theory of traditional acupuncture with low level therapeutic laser light to regulate qi, or life force energy, and help restore balance to the body. Because it uses laser light instead of needles, laser acupuncture is a viable alternative form of fertility treatment for people who have a fear of needles.
