Our Team
Nursing Team
Our nursing team is an integral part of RMACT. Our nurses are able to provide comprehensive, personalized care to all patients due in part to their depth of knowledge and previous work experience in a variety of specialties. Most importantly, they are passionate about helping couples achieve their goal of a healthy pregnancy. At RMACT, every patient will be assigned a primary nurse who will guide, educate and assist you with all aspects of your treatment.
Patient Coordinators
RMACT's patient care coordinators are the dedicated and central point of contact for patients throughout their treatment cycle. The team works very closely with the nurses and physicians to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. We monitor each facet of patient care and strive to maintain open lines of communication between the patient, physician, nurse and support staff to make sure the patient's needs are met throughout their cycle with RMACT.
Medical Assistants
Our medical assistant team will greet you with a friendly smile at each of your visits at RMACT. They are well experienced in phlebotomy as well as various aspects of patient care. They work closely with our nurses and physicians, assisting them in providing quality patient care in a friendly and nurturing atmosphere.
Laboratory Team
RMACT's IVF Laboratory includes Andrology, Endocrinology and Embryology services. The combined effort of these laboratories have contributed greatly to our successes in IUI and IVF practices. Financial Services
RMACT's financial services representatives understand that fertility treatment presents emotional and financial challenges. The financial representatives proactively investigate patient’s insurance benefits to ensure that patients are prepared and understand the scope of their insurance benefits before and during their treatment cycle, surgeries, and medication orders.
Reception
The front desk representatives are talented professionals geared towards making every appointment stress free for you. Whether you need to schedule a return visit or have questions, our front desk representatives are equipped to handle your needs. They are trained to help each patients' experience with us be as positive as possible.
Fikry Salib, MD
Dr. Fikry Salib is a board certified anesthesiologist. He has served as director of anesthesiology with RMA since 2002. From 1976 to 2003 he was an attending physician at The Stamford Hospital, serving as chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology beginning in 1982. Dr. Salib earned his MD at the University of Alexandria School of Medicine and completed his anesthesiology training at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Salib is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Connecticut State Medical Society and the Fairfield County Medical Association.
