Team of Fertility Specialists
Our nursing team is an integral part of RMACT. Our nurses are fertility
specialists able to provide comprehensive, personalized care to all
patients due in part to their depth of knowledge and previous work
experience in a variety of specialties. Most importantly, they are
passionate about helping couples achieve their goal of a healthy pregnancy.
At RMACT, every patient will be assigned a primary nurse who will
guide, educate and assist you with all aspects of your infertility
treatment.

Medical Assistants
Our medical assistant team will greet you with a friendly smile at
each of your visits at RMACT. They are well experienced in phlebotomy
as well as various aspects of patient care. They work closely with
our fertility specialists: nurses and physicians, assisting them in
providing quality patient care in a friendly and nurturing atmosphere.

Expert Laboratory Team
RMACT's IVF Laboratory includes Andrology, Endocrinology and Embryology
services. The combined effort of these laboratories specializing in
fertility, have contributed greatly to our successes in IUI
and IVF

Laboratory Director Dr. Dawn Kelk has worked in reproductive medicine and embryology for over 15 years and is responsible for all clinical laboratory functions in RMACT's laboratories, including embryology/ in vitro fertilization (IVF) , andrology and endocrinology.
She has an impressive track record of excellent pregnancy rates for IVF and other reproductive technologies, and is a recognized expert in the areas of embryo biopsy for preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) , intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), blast culture, elective single embryo transfer, in vitro maturation, fertilization and culture.
Dr. Kelk is board certified with H.C.L.D. certification in Embryology and Andrology, and has a Ph.D in BioMedical Sciences from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. She earned a BSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics as well as a Masters in Science from the same institution. She is a member of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Reproductive Laboratory Technologists Professional Group (RLTPG) and Reproductive Biology Professional Group (RBPG). Dr. Kelk serves on the ASRM abstract grading committee for RBPG, RLTPG and SART, and has lectured widely throughout the US and Canada.

Services
Our Patient Services Department is comprised of our Patient Care
Coordinators and Front Desk Representatives.
RMACT's Patient Care Coordinators are the dedicated and central point
of contact for patients throughout the fertility treatment cycle.
The Patient Coordinators work very closely with the nurses and physicians
to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. We strive
to maintain open lines of communication between the patient, physician,
nurse and clinical staff to help make sure our patients' needs are
met throughout their treatment with RMACT.
The front desk representatives are talented professionals geared
towards making every appointment with the fertility specialists, stress
free for you. Whether you need to schedule a return visit or have
questions, our front desk representatives are equipped to handle your
needs.
Fikry
Salib, MD
Dr. Fikry Salib is a board certified anesthesiologist. He has served
as director of anesthesiology with RMA since 2002. From 1976 to 2003
he was an attending physician at The Stamford Hospital, serving as
chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology beginning in 1982. Dr.
Salib earned his MD at the University of Alexandria School of Medicine
and completed his anesthesiology training at the State University
of New York, Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Salib is a member of the
American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Connecticut State Medical
Society and the Fairfield County Medical Association.
